All items that are shipped, placed in pick up locker or delivered to the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility and Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment relinquishes any responsibility or liability over any items that have been fulfilled by Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment. Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment will not be providing any reimbursements, credit, or refunds if the package that have been fulfilled are not retrieved by the buyer, all responsibility for sold items fall on to the buyer.
